What is Breakdown Assistance?
When one of your fleet’s vehicles breaks down, you face lost productivity and significant repair expenses.
Breakdown Assistance can be included with Autoserve Fleet packages. If one of your company vehicles breaks down anywhere in the UK, including at an employee’s home, you simply need to give Autoserve a call and we’ll arrange for a reputable breakdown company, such as the AA, to attend to the vehicle 24/7.
Our selected range of professional partners have a fleet of breakdown vans, recovery trucks and other specialist vehicles to support a wide range of breakdown situations. They will always aim to fix the vehicle by the roadside, if this is not possible the vehicle will be towed to a local approved garage for repair within a 10-mile radius.
Breakdown cover isn’t a legal requirement, but it can make life much easier and take away the hassle of vehicle trouble when your employees are out and about on business.
