Through our dedicated accident management partner, if one of your vehicles is involved in an accident and is undrivable, a recovery vehicle will be dispatched to the location and the vehicle will be taken to an approved repair centre. If it is drivable, you will receive guidance on the next steps.
While the vehicle is being repaired, our partner will liaise with the relevant insurance companies on your behalf to settle any claims. In the case of a no-fault accident, your driver will be provided with a courtesy car free of charge for the duration of the repair. Our partner ensures the vehicle is repaired by BS 10125-approved repairers who adhere to agreed labour rates and parts discounts.
